Lexington has long been rich in artistic talent-but poor in infrastructure. Elevate LEX will provide a permanent, professional-grade home for rehearsal, performance, education, and community life.

  • A professional Studio Theatre (200-250 seats) with full backstage support (wing space, fly space, dressing rooms, and green room)

  • Community-access rooms for civic groups, nonprofits, and neighborhood organizations

  • A central, walkable location near downtown and the University of Kentucky
